(Previously X Spot Markets (EU) Ltd) is authorised and regulated since 2014 by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license number 235/14, the supervisory and regulatory authority for investment service firms in Cyprus. CySEC participates in the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Board of Supervisors.
We are also registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) reference number 655426, with REGAFI - Banque De France reference number 59120, with Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany – BaFin reference number 141183.
We have been also granted approval by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission to have our official branch in Hellenic Republic. Our branch is located on 230 Leoforos Kifisias Avenue, Chalandri, Athens 15231 Greece.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) is the independent public supervisory Authority responsible for the supervision of the investment services market, transactions in transferable securities carried out in the Republic of Cyprus and the collective investment and asset management sector. The Financial Agents Register (Regafi) lists all companies, French or foreign, that have been granted authorisations to operate in France by the ACPR.It also lists the agents of French payment institutions, operating either in France or in other States party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority better known by its abbreviation BaFin is the financial regulatory authority for Germany.
