United Parcel Service Inc. (NYSE: UPS) fell the most in nine months on concern lower U.S. package volume is a sign the pandemic-fueled delivery boom may be cooling. Average daily package volume in the U.S. fell 2.9% in the second quarter from a year earlier, UPS said Tuesday, even as an increase in the price per piece helped drive a 10% sales gain. International package volume fell 0.8% from a year earlier. UPS shares closed 6,99% lower at $195,19 on heavy volume.
